Ed Coan Peaking Calculator

This calculator is creates an a Ed Coan peaking program. A peaking program is meant to maximize the 1 repetion performance possible for one or more of the 3 main lifts (Squat, Bench Press, Deadlift). Although there will be some genuine strength gained from peaking, it will not be possible to hold on to most of the strength gained long term, and therefore, this should not be run for multiple times, but instead used for preparing for a meet, or for a particular cycle in training.
